From Monday November 4th through Sunday November 10th 15 single family homes went to contract in the Tucson Foothills.
10 were priced from $239,900 to $540,000
4 from $775,000 to $949,000
1 lucky home owner at $1,195,000
Not a great week, but not awful either, about like the previous week. But maybe I’m just getting used to contract #’s in the teens when they should be in the 20’s.
