- 23 homes priced from $239,900 to $2,635,000 have had price reductions
- 10 homes priced from $255,000 to $799,000 have gone to contract
- 5 homes that went to contract in 2013 have sold from $244,500 to $925,000
It’s a start, and the pace should quicken (we hope) in the weeks ahead.
