In Pima Canyon 1993 E Quiet Canyon Drive went to contract the other day listed at $1,425,000, and a day later 4496 N Black Rock Drive, listed at $1,150,000, went contract on Sabino Mountain. And a biggie today, 6921 E Rock Ledge Place in the Mountain Estates of Ventana, listed at $2,495,000 ($468/sf), is reported in contract after just 35 days. It sold for $2.2 in 2011. UPDATE 3/1 – the contract on Rock Ledge Place has fallen thru and it’s back on market.
That makes 6 in contract at $1million & UP – 109 still for sale.
And an honorable mention goes to 3490 E Camino A Los Vientos which, despite years of trying, never quite made it to the $million mark. It started in 2006 listed at $3,200,000, which was soon raised to $3,600,000, then down to $3,500,000, but still no sale, so it left the market in 07. And going with the flow it dropped $2.2 mil and reappeared in 2010 for $1,300,000, but no-go, and it expired late last year at $1.0.
