And it’s been re-re-listed today, new agent-new broker, again for $1,799,000 ($229/sf). Which, if you like this sort of thing, seems entirely reasonable. $1,200,000 was an extraordinary price, but that was the spring of 2009 – and the seller folded and the buyer took a little gamble – and those days are gone.
