4388 N Sabino Mountain Drive sold in 2005 for $920,000 and in May of 2009 – while ignoring the annoying news of gloom & doom - they listed it for $1,395,000. And, incredibly enough, there were no takers. So after a disappointing 6 months on the market they called it quits, until 2012, when they listed it again, this time for $870,000, eventually dropping it to $749,900. And after 12 months and still no bites it was sold privately – not thru the mls - to an investor for $700,938.
And that looked like a such a deal, so the investor/buyer quickly put it back on the market for $975,000, why not, no bites at $749, let’s go for $975. But all’s well that ends well, it sold today for $690,000, it turns out that it sold for $790,000, $690 was mistakenly entered in the mls, a typo or whatever.
