how bad could it be. Sales are up a tad from January’s extremely dismal numbers. But they’re lower than last February – and just about every month since then - and lower than February 2012 too, and lower even than February 2011.
And sold price didn’t do so good either.
But look at the brite side, think how easy it’ll be to beat this February’s numbers when next February rolls around.
