4 Beds/3.5 Baths, 3 car, for $739,000 ($208/sf) don’t sit around for 57 days. Until now.
And again I stuck my neck out when it was listed > let’s see how long this lasts < predicting it would be gone in 2 weeks. (listed by Long Realty)
And the quickest of the bunch, and one of my personal favorites, and one of the very last homes designed and built by David Tyson - 5543 N Camino Real, built 2007, 3722 sf, 3 Beds/3.5 Baths, range price listed for $900,000 – $940,000, is in contract after 42 days. It last sold as new construction for $1,000,000 in 09. (listed by RE/MAX Excalibur Realty)
And if anything I thought it would take the longest to find a buyer because it’s close to Cmo. Real, though it’s at the north end of it where there are very few cars passing by, and Cmo Real dead ends a little ways up.
