From Monday April 14th through Sunday April 20th 20 single family homes went to contract*in the Catalina Foothills. And that’s good news for sellers priced under $600,000 because 19 of those contracts were for homes priced under $600,00. And not one for homes in the $600,000 to $999,999 range, and just one squeaked in over a million, at $1,050,000. (*link will expire on 5/23/14)

And for comparison, during the same week last year there were 31 contracts and they weren’t all huddled at the lower end.
The score – 495 for sale, 144 in contract, 182 sold since Jan 1.
