I’ve shown this home to two different buyers in the last few weeks and they both agreed that it’s exceptional. And though it wasn’t quite right for them for one reason or another, they were so impressed with the setting, the views, the design and the unstinting attention to quality and detail. And we all felt it was more than just very well priced, that it was a bargain. Particularly considering other much more ordinary homes that are selling at similar prices.
And so I’m stumped as to why it hasn’t sold. But since it didn’t quite work for my buyers, I thought I’d try and give it a little boost, and maybe even find a buyer who would like to call it home.
Custom built by Mike Wachs, perhaps the best of the best of the handful of premier builders in town, my educated guess is they’ve got a lot closer to 2$$million in it than to the $1,295,000 ($243/sf) it’s now listed for.

It’s not my listing and not even listed by Tierra Antigua, the brokerage I work for.
I just admire and appreciate homes that are well designed and built with superior quality.
