In Pima Canyon, 1347 E Desert Garden Drive was relisted on 5/16 for $995,000 ($216/sf) and went to contract 6 days later.
I say relisted because it had been listed before, with the same broker but a different listing agent, and had been at it for 352 days with no sale at $1,149,000. (down from $1,174,900 & $1,225,000)
