From Monday June 23rd through Sunday July 6th 23 single family homes went to contract in the Catalina Foothills.
19 were priced from $220,000 to $579,000
3 from $619,000 to $769,000
1 at $1,400,0000
And that’s it. (last year, during the same two weeks there were 37 contracts)
