It talks about how they compute the Zestimate, how Zestimates differ from appraisals and from Realtor generated market valuations, and what we as consumers and real estates guru’s should expect from a Zestimate. It’s helpful and puts it in perspective.
And the chart below shows the accuracy of Zestimates throughout the various counties of Arizona. Notice that our very own Pima County, along with Maricopa, are deemed the most accurate for Zestimates in Arizona.
