The years not over, but this is the first year in memory that Pima Canyon hasn’t outsold every other high-end community in the Catalina Foothills, including Ventana. And for Ventana, 7 sales @ $1.0+ is a huge improvement from last year.
During the same period last year Pima Canyon sold 8 while Ventana managed just 1 sale.
The other good news is that YTD there’ve been 31 sales at $1.0+ vs... 25 last year. On the other hand there were 38 during the same period in 2012, and 95 in the carefree days of 2006.
