Recently I’ve written (HERE & HERE) about the impossible time I was having trying to get Comcast to replace my main cable line – after Comcast informed me that the main cable line needed to be replaced.
There were countless phone calls trying to schedule appointments and multiple
no-shows when appointments were scheduled.
But now, finally, today Comcast showed up at 7AM and the new line was in and up and running by noon. And the internet is speedier than ever, and with no glitches.
Now if they’d only done that on the first or even the 2nd try, we wouldn’t have had to come to blows over a simple service call.
And I don’t know if this is the thing that did it, but one reader recommended that I go to the Comcast store at Craycroft & River, which I did, where you can speak to a live Comcast rep to plead your case. Which, incredibly enough, is what it often comes down to.
