39 new listings from $249,000 to $3,495,000
8 contracts from $220,000 to $675,000

As usual, as we enter the pre-season for home sales here in the Catalina Foothills, sellers, who are anxious to grab the spotlight, are leading the way with many new listings, while buyers are taking their sweet time.
As a result the inventory of single family homes in the Catalina Foothills is already inching up. It’s now at 441 homes for sale (vs. 406 in early September) with 90 priced from $1,000,000 to $13,900,000 (vs. 75 in early September). (link expires 12/10/14)
Keeping an eye on new listings and how they’re priced is always an interesting (though not necessarily accurate) gauge of what sellers believe (or hope) the market will bear during the upcoming season.
