Gated or not, $$/sf prices moving slowly

For single family homes sold in Catalina Foothills,

Tucson, AZ, Catalina Foothills $$_sf sold prices in Gated and non-gated communities

After hitting bottom in 2012 $$/sf sold prices finished 2014 up 4.6% in gated and 7.3% in non-gated communities. Not terrible, unless you bought in 2005 to 2008 and are looking to sell today. Then it’s pretty bad.
