Built in 1999 as a spec home, 2203 E Quiet Canyon Drive was amongst the first homes built in Pima Canyon. And the builder, who was living in his creation, listed it in 2000 for $675,000. But it didn’t sell. So in 2002 he listed it again for $675,000, and again no sale.
And while he was probably pulling his hair out, unbeknownst to him, this was his lucky day. So after two swings and no hits it left the market. And then in 2004, sensing a definite upswing in the market, it was listed again, but this time for $985,000. And talk about a lucky guy, it still didn’t sell.

And today, mindful of our still rather limp market, it’s been listed for $999,900, and, according to the listing, “exquisitely remodeled with high end appointments throughout’”, thrown in.
