The following chart shows yearly average/median sold prices for single family homes in the Catalina Foothills, from 2000 thru 2014.
From their peak in 2006 to their bottom in 2012 average sold prices dropped 32%.
And since 2012 they’ve inched UP just 7%, and are still within just a few bucks of where they were in 2004 & 2010.
