From Monday February 9th through Sunday February 15th, 23 single family homes went to contract in the Catalina Foothills.
15 were priced from $139,900 to $550,000
8 from $600,000 to $949,000
And that’s it!
As always, homes priced up to about $600k had another stellar week, and also a big fat week for $600 to $999k, but bupkes above that.
