From Monday March 16th through Sunday March 22nd, finally a big fat week, 32 homes went to contract in the Catalina Foothills of Tucson, AZ.
22 were priced from $118,000 to $575,000 – a big jump here
9 from $650,000 to $975,000 – and a big jump here
1 at $1,695,000 – and one juicy contract here, but that’s it - while 104 remain for sale.
The biggest week in months, no, not months, make that the biggest week in years.
Just for the fun of it I checked the weekly numbers back to September 2013 and nothing comes close, so I gave up.
