However, a swing and a miss for Zillow, if it were up to them it would have gone for $1,120,260. Still I can’t help wondering what undue influence Zillow’s Zestimate may have wielded in determining the final price.
Unlike the contemporary on Sabino Mountain I mentioned the other day Hidden Valley was not a spec, but rather a home that was beautifully custom built for its owners. And the other example of a truly stunning contemporary in the foothills.
