2015 – 15 (a 28% decrease)
Average/Median Sold Prices
2014 - $499,018/$419,000
2015 - $481,831/$420,000 (a 3% drop in the average, and let’s call the median a draw)
So even with a healthy bump in sales, prices STILL haven’t budged from last year.
