Last week I said ‘Summer is now in full swing and contract activity is bound to drop’. Well, with highs in the 103 – 110 range summer is definitely in full swing. But so are buyers, they are not cooling their heels in the shade. Not yet anyway.
The sales numbers for June are still dribbling in but from what I see so far it looks like June sold prices may hit a new high for the year.
