From Monday June 29th through Sunday July 5th 11 single family homes went to contract in the Catalina Foothills of Tucson, AZ. (link expires 8/8/15)
7 were priced from $299,900 to $579,000
4 from $675,000 to $899,000
and that’s it!
We can reasonably assume that the low number of contracts is likely due, at least partly, to the July 4th weekend. And whether or not it is also due to an overall sudden summer slowdown is impossible to say. But in a week or so we’ll know. Stay tuned.
