Another exceptional month for single family home sales in the Catalina Foothills – the 2nd highest sales (nudging out May by a nose) since January 2014.
That puts home sales thru June 2015 UP 12% over the same period last year.
Median sale prices for June were off the charts - higher than any month since January 2011, (and possibly further since I only looked back to Jan 2011), and average sale prices lagged only those of last November and July 2011.
Nevertheless, all that brouhaha aside, average sale prices thru June are still down about 2% from 2014, and the median is up just 1.5%.
