The other day I posted 3 charts showing single family home sales for the 1st 6 months in the overall Catalina Foothills market - from the boom years thru the end of this June.
And wanting to get more up-close and personal - because knowing what’s happening in your neighborhood is what really hits home - I’ve broken it down into individual subdivisions showing sales and median sold prices for the 1st 6 months of 2006 (the peak year for sold prices) 2014 and 2015.
The %’s are the drop in median sold prices from 2006 to 2014 and the % change, up or down, from 2014 to 2015.
Click any highlighted subdivision name to see all the homes currently for sale – continuously updated and always current.

Needless to say there’s a big difference in how different subdivisions have fared in the years since the 2006 peak. Though many of those who’ve been hit the hardest were the highest flyers during the boom – Cat 10, Pima Canyon, Hacienda del Sol, Skyline CC, Ventana, Sabino Mountain. But regardless of where your home is in the foothills, we still have a long way to go before prices get back to where they were.
