Catalina Foothills January home sales are the result of deals made in November & December, and because of the holidays those are pretty slow months. So even though Jan sales are relatively puny compared to other months, it’s to be expected. And sales this January are ahead of Jan 2015 – though not by a lot.
On the other hand January Sold prices are in the top 3 or 4 over the past 13 months and are up nearly 20% average and 24% median over Jan 2015.
Not quite the stuff of legend, but a pretty good start.
