It was long overdue but I finally got around to updating the Market Snapshot. And nothing earth shaking, but I see that the inventory of homes for sale is now the lowest it’s been all year.

It’s the natural ebb and flow of inventory in the foothills. It starts off in January pretty low and builds up into March,which is often the month with the highest inventory. And then slowly, as sales increase and new listings taper off, the inventory falls.
Buyers often ask, … what’s the best time to buy a home in the foothills.
Depends, there’s less competition from other buyers in the summer but there’s also less to choose from. Winter and Spring are the opposite – more to choose from but more competition. Take your pick.
