During the 2006 spring season, when prices peaked, 5 golf villas sold for a median sold price of $595,000.
Six years later, in 2012, when prices hit bottom in the foothills, 9 golf villas sold for a median sold price of $350,000.
And so far this year 4 golf villas have sold for a median sold price of $575,000. And they went quick too, 3 of them sold after just 1, 3 and 4 days on the market.
The golf villas, which sell almost exclusively from January to June, are perhaps the most seasonal single family homes sold in the Foothills. But, unfortunately, there are none for sale at this time.
