Closed sales for single family homes sold in March are still dribbling in but so far, with 95+% of March sales reported, March 2017 sales are UP 42% over March 2016 with median sold prices UP 13%.
Similarly, and more credible since monthly numbers are notoriously erratic, for the 1st Quarter, January – March 2017 sales are UP 31% over 2016 with median sold prices UP 10.7%.
All sales should be reported by the end of the week and at that time I will post the final numbers.
