tidbit - the number of contracts are down a bit, again, and last week is the first week this year without a contract at $1million+ - but Hey it's May. Have you noticed how many fewer shoppers there are in your favorite grocery store today than there were 1, 2 or 3 months ago. Despite our unusually balmy May weather many snowbirds have already flown the coop.
