14 homes to contract is a pretty big drop in contracts from recent weeks. The doldrums of summer may finally be upon us. If you’re a buyer it’s a good time to buy, because there are fewer buyers, less competition but, on the other hand, also fewer homes to choose from as fewer sellers are listing their homes at this time of year. Currently, just 358 homes for sale in the Catalina Foothills. A low for the year and not likely to go up much, if at all, until September or October.
