$2million for a spec home in Alta Vista is big news – since 2004 just 3 comparably big $$$$ sales in there at $1,675,000, $1,850,000 & $2,185,000. And along with this one none of them sold during the 2005 – 2006 feeding frenzy at the high-end of the market. They sold in October 2008, October 2009, and June 2011. Odd, but true.
