Another very quiet week for Catalina Foothills real estate. And interesting, it's the lower end of the market that's been going great guns that has dropped the most. Not sure why, last September was much busier. But it looks like it’s picking up, since Monday 9/11, 11 homes have already gone to contract, including one biggie at $1,780,000.
