5 from $600,000 to $989,000
2 at $1,349,000 & $1,699,000
A few weeks ago I noted that the lower priced end of the market was slower than expected for this time of year - probably due to rising mortgage loan rates. But now, after 3 or 4 weeks of fewer contracts, with 20 contracts last week, that market has sprung back.
