and that's it
26 contracts is more contracts than usual for middle of January. Because while January is the beginning of our high season for home sales, buyers often want to hold off on making deals until February or even March, when more new listings have come to market and they are confident that they've seen everything they need to see before making a deal.
So, with buyers jumping in like this, I hope it's a sign of good things to come in 2019!
