With homes flying off the shelf (the 15 homes sold in 16 median days on market) and just 3 for sale Foothills Clusters is a strong sellers market.

With 8 for sale and 18 sold SBA is sitting on less than a 4 month supply of homes, a sellers market. Also - during the same period in 2017 28 homes sold at a median sold price of $422,000 - and during the same period in 2018 23 homes sold at median sold price of $480,000. So, fewer homes sold this year but they did so at appreciably higher sold prices - 24% higher than 2017 and 9% higher than last year.
