The home sales and sold price numbers are based on sales thru the Tucson Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service and represent all the homes sold by all Realtors® in the Catalina Foothills of Tucson, AZ (zips - 85718 & 85750)
The charts are pretty clear, other than the tiny segment of the market that is priced at $1,000,000 and UP, the real estate market in the Catalina Foothills is doing well and continues to improve.
First up is the number of single family homes sold for up to $999,999 - with 93% of all the homes sold
this price range is the Catalina Foothills market.
though it has improved somewhat in the last few years, with just 51 sales at $1,000,000 & UP, it is lonely at the top
Median Sold prices recently inched up to $497,900 from $495,000, where they'd been all year
There you have it, no surprises, the market is doing nicely and improving slowly and steadily.
