  4 from $1,189,000 to $1,350,000

Even at this time of year the market is not missing a beat.

Here's a quick broad strokes rundown of the Catalina Foothills single family home market for the period of January 1st  thru November 30th for this year and last year. 

>806 single family homes sold this year (774 sold same period last year, eh)

>$495,000 is the median sold price so far this year  (by this time last year it had dropped from $495,000 to       $485,000)

>this year homes sold in 32 median days on market  (vs. 37 median days last year)

>so far this year 53 homes sold at $1,000,000+ ( while 58 sold during same period last year)

>So far, except for 2017 when 833 homes sold, more homes sold this year than in any other year since 2005, when 941 sold during the same period.

So no surprises no big changes, a steady, sturdy market.
