This is a very healthy start to the 2020 market year, very. Usually it's kinda quiet at this time of year - with buyers taking their time, moseying around doing more tire kicking than actual buying. But this year there's an urgency to buy that I have not seen since the glory days of 2004 - 2005 - 22 of the homes that went to contract, including a couple at $1,000,000+, went in 10 days or less, and 21 of them in 6 days or less, and 7 went to contract in 1 ONE day or less - and the 7 weren't all low priced homes, they were listed at $725k, $950k, $950k, $665k, $595k, $599k and $1,695,000.
