Is it any surprise that they're flying off the shelf? No, not really, there are buyers out there and currently only 136 single family homes for sale to choose from in the Catalina Foothills. And with 51 going to contract in just 2 weeks that's 37% of the total # homes for sale under contract and off the market in just 2 weeks. Now of course the shelf is being restocked every day with new listings but the number of contracts v. # of new listings has for the last few months kept the number of homes for sale down at around 150 or less.
