First up is the number of homes sold for up to $999,999 - which is 92% of the Catalina Foothills single family market.
More homes sold YTD this year than any year since 2005

Likewise, home sales at $1,000,000 and UP are basking in their busiest year since 2007
(to be clear, this chart shows only those homes that sold for $1,000,000 or more / if they were listed at $1mil or more and sold for less than $1mil they are represented in the chart up above - sales up to $999,999)

Catalina Foothills homes continue to sell faster than ever.
YTD, homes are selling in 18 Median Days On Market
For October it's down to 7 days..

The median sold price thru October ($552,500) dipped a bit from where it was in September ($565,000).
Nonetheless, sold prices for Catalina Foothills homes are blowing the doors off previous years.

That's how it is, for all but the most expensive homes it's a sellers market in the Catalina Foothills.
