It occurred to me that some readers may prefer a quick summary of the latest sales numbers rather than having to scroll thru a series of charts and verbage and so on to get the latest scoop on the market. So, the charts will follow but first a quick summary of single family homes sales for the period of January 1st thru November 30th.
# of Homes Sold for up to $999,999
this year 782 Sold // up 3.7% from 754 sold last year & up 9.2% from 716 sold in 2018
# of Homes Sold at $1,000,000 & UP
this year 74 Sold // up 39% from 53 sold last year & up 27% from 58 sold in 2018
Median Sold Prices
this year the MSP is $560,000 // up 13+% from $495,000 last year & up 15+% from $485,000 in 2018
# of Days on Market
This year 16 Days on Market // down 50% from 32 DOM last year & down 57% from 37 DOM in 2018
There you have it, more homes sold and they sold faster and for more money.
