for a visual treat take a moment to lookover the home that sold for $3.0m, probably the most striking contemporary I've ever seen...and apparently the buyer, and the other bidders, felt something like that as well, the house was listed for $1,995,000 and sold, in 2 days, for $3,000,000. yes, $1,005,000 over list price.
