The MSP of the 45 homes sold is $769,000 & they sold in 9 median DOM - a decrease in MSP and an increase in DOM from the previous Listed & Sold report .
However, because the time period for each report is so short, 2 weeks or less, I would hold off until we have 2 - 3 months of data before drawing conclusions about where the market is headed. And I believe the longer DOM numbers are at least partially due to more sellers delaying the response time to offers they receive, e.g.: (.... seller will review and respond to offers after 3pm on Sunday April 10), in order to give more buyers the opportunity to see the house and to make an offer, thereby setting up a silent auction.
