20 from $625,000 to $995,000
9 from $1,050,000 to $2,499,999
And they went to contract in 4 DOM.. Yep, they're still going fast
But how long can that last.
With the stock market falling, substantially, and interest rates rising, quite a bit, I can't imagine that the numbers won't soon begin to reflect those events.
And today I see in MLS, for the first time in a long-long time, 6 homes listed for sale had price reductions - price reductions have been almost unheard of during the last 18 months.
