3 from $675,000 to $975,000
1 at $1,085,000
And that's it, by far the fewest contracts/week of any week during the last 18 months.
Though it looks like it may have just been 'one of those weeks', because the week before, w/o 5/23 - 5/29 15 went to contract and though I haven't posted it yet so far 25 went to contract last week 6/6 - 6/12.
