7 from $1,295,000 to $2,795,000
Where did that come from, such an unexpectedly strong week for contracts, after very weak previous weeks, - there were just 6 contracts the week of 10/9 and 8 the week of 10/3. And for both weeks combined there were just 3 contracts priced over $1mil. Now suddenly last week 14 go to contract with 7 of them priced over $1mil, from $1,295,000 to $2,795,000. Who knows, not me.
Wondering if last weeks numbers were just a one-off thing, and not willing to wait til next week to find out what happened this week, I pulled the contracts for so far this week, barely 3 days, and already there are 10 in contract with 5 of them listed for $1mil+..Really! 😁
