The market continues to cool. Fewer homes selling for over list or at list and more selling for under list.
But they're still selling pretty darn quickly, they went to contract in 17 median DOM, longer than previous months but still quicker than anytime pre -Covid.
The MSP for the 22 sold is $765,131.. down from Q2 MSP $795,000 / Q3 MSP $775,000
