... no-end in sight high interest rates, wobbly stock market, high inflation, mediocre (at best) economic outlook and, despite all that, the Catalina Foothills flips 21 homes, across all price points, into contract. Last week I happily mentioned that 25 homes went to contract during the previous 2 weeks and now, with more good news, we have 21 contracts in one week.
